strikes, labor disputes, shortage of labor
or lack of skilled labor, shortage or unavailability
of products or raw materials, delay in transit
or other causes of whatever nature beyond
Maidkingdom's reasonable control, Maidkingdom
shall not be responsible or liable for any
damages or otherwise arising from its non-performance.

on all matters of dispute of and relating

given by Maidkingdom immediately if transmitted
by telegram, facsimile, electronic mail,

Non-Waiver

failure or delay on the part of the parties
hereto exercise any right, power or remedy
under the Agreement shall operate as a waiver

of any rights, powers or remedies by law.

are used solely for the convenience of you
and Maidkingdom and have no legal or contractual

Severability

If any provision of the terms and conditions
shall be construed to be illegal or invalid,
they shall not affect the legality, validity
and enforcement of other provisions of the
terms and conditions. The illegal or invalid
provision shall be deleted from the terms
and conditions and no longer incorporated
herein but all other provisions of the terms
and conditions shall continue. |

Representations

embodies the entire understanding between

and there are no promises, terms or conditions,
oral or written expressed or implied other

Interpretation

| |
The terms
and conditions of the Agreement may be written
in different languages and the English terms
and conditions shall prevail in the event
of any inconsistency or interpretation of
this Agreement. |
