no warranty of any kind, express or implied,

or fitness for a particular purpose or use
or inability to use. Maidkingdom has the
right to change the content or technical
specifications of any aspect of the Services
at any time at Maidkingdom's sole discretion,
and Maidkingdom does not warrant that the
Services is free of errors or viruses and
is not liable for any damage you may suffer
as a result of such destructive features.
You agree that Maidkingdom shall have no
responsibility or liability for any injury
or damages, whether caused by the negligence
of Maidkingdom, its officers and employees,
parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors
and assigns, subcontractors and its third-party

with the Services and shall not be liable
for any lost profits, losses, punitive,
incidental or consequential damages or any

to the Services may not be maintained or
owned by Maidkingdom. Maidkingdom is therefore
not responsible for the availability, content
or accuracy of other Web sites, services
or goods that may be linked to, or advertised

herein set forth notwithstanding, Maidkingdom,
its officers and employees, parent, affiliates,
subsidiaries, successors and assigns, subcontractors,
its third-party agents shall not, directly
or indirectly, be liable, in any way, to
you or any other person for any: (a) delays,
errors or interruptions in the transmission
or delivery of the Services; or (b) loss
or damage arising or occasioned thereby,
or by any reason of nonperformance. |

Under no

to negligence, shall Maidkingdom, its officers
and employees, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries,
successors and assigns, subcontractors and
its third-party agents be liable to you
for direct, indirect, consequential or contingent
and whether foreseeable or not, damages
arising from the use or inability to use
the Services, such as, but not limited to,
loss of revenue or anticipated profits or
lost business. |

may order, purchase, or otherwise obtain
other services or merchandise through the

Maidkingdom web site from entities not affiliated
with Maidkingdom ("Merchant"). All matters
concerning the merchandise and services
obtained under this condition, including

terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance
and delivery, are solely between you and
the Merchant. Maidkingdom makes no warranties
or representations whatsoever with regard
to any goods or services provided by Merchant.
You will not consider Maidkingdom nor will
Maidkingdom be construed as a party to such
transactions, whether or not Maidkingdom
may have received some form of revenue or
other remuneration in connection with the
transaction or be liable for any costs or
damages arising out of, either directly

responsibility or be liable (to the extent
permitted by law) for any damages or injury
whatsoever (including, without limitation,
incidental and consequential damages, lost

data or business interruption) resulting
from the use or inability to use the Services,
the merchandise and the materials, or any
failure of performance, error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, computer virus,
communication line failure, interception
of online communication, software or hardware
problems (including without limitation loss
of data or compatibility problems), theft,
destruction or alteration of Maidkingdom,
whether for breach of contract, tortuous
behaviour, negligence or, under any other
cause of action resulting directly or indirectly
from any use of Maidkingdom, or any uploading,
downloading or publication of data, text,
image or other material or information to
or from Maidkingdom and whether or not Maidkingdom
is advised of the possibility of such damages.
